ABOUT US

GenuForm AI specializes in creating AI-driven solutions for knee cartilage transplantation. Their technology leverages MRI data to optimize the matching process between donor cartilage and patients, ensuring a better fit and higher success rates. The company is founded by experts in AI, orthopedic surgery, radiology, and bioinformatics.

Introduction of GenuForm AI

Our multi-part AI algorithm optimizes matching for the recipients. People in need of cartilage tissue allografts upload their MR images into our database. When donor cartilage becomes available at a participating institution, we perform the matching based on geometry data. This will make cartilage transplantation more available as a superior therapy for indicated patients.

Advantages of using GenuForm AI

Full knee function restoration, with no predetermined need to reoperate, unlike with knee replacement. AI allows for quick, efficient matching and more profitable surgeries.

  • AI matched graft fits patient geometry perfectly
  • Allows regaining full knee range of motion and function; return to sports
  • Serves the patient for life
  • Quick matching and transplantation ensure graft survival

In the right-hand column, we see three MR images of the upper knee cartilages of three patients. Our AI finds the damaged regions and calculates the optimal shape of a replacement graft, marked with color on each of the three images.

On the left-hand side, we see the MR image of the upper knee cartilage of the donor. Our matching algorithm finds the positions of the three replacement grafts that fit the calculated shapes best. The three suggested grafts, marked on the MR image, fit the three damaged regions marked with the same color.

In this case, one donor cartilage provides three grafts for three knee cartilage surgeries.
